ABOUT US The Entrepreneurs Training Centre popularly known as “ETC, Nigeria” is a subsidiary of Delta Institute for Advanced Studies (DIFAS), a limited liability company registered with the corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in March 2012 to carry out the following Functions among others: 1.
